Tech Employment Scholarship Pathway

Our Tech Employment Scholarship Pathway program offers you the opportunity to learn an in-demand tech skill and become employed after six (6) months.

Get trained in high-demand tech skills and stand the chance to win a scholarship.

All participants are guaranteed either:

  • Internship placement
  • Full-time employment (onsite or remote) or
  • Entrepreneurial support and funding

The Tech Employment Pathway Scholarship is sponsored by PIND Foundation under the Youth Employment Pathway (YEP) Project.

This initiative equips unemployed and under-employed youths with high-demand tech skills that lead to real income, job placement, or business startup opportunities.

 

Available Skill Tracks

Port Harcourt

  • Web Development
  • Data Analytics
  • Digital Marketing
  • Cybersecurity

Asaba

  • Hardware Networking
  • Graphic Design
  • Digital Marketing

Applicants will select their preferred location and skill track during the application process.

Successful applicants receive:

  • Intensive hands-on technical training
  • Soft skills development (leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, etc.)
  • Direct pathways to employment or enterprise support

Who Can Apply?

  • Age: 16 – 35 years
  • Fully available for training sessions held 2–3 times per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
  • Able to cover personal transportation and feeding during the program
