The Technology Employment (TEMP) Bootcamp Project is an ICT Training and Job Linkage Program sponsored by PIND Foundation under the Youth Employment Pathways (YEP) Project.
As part of its Economic Development Program, PIND continues to provide young people opportunities for sustainable employment or enterprise development through technical, soft skills, and entrepreneurship training in high-demand ICT sectors.
This is a scholarship program designed to onboard and train 60–100 unemployed or under-employed youths with on-demand ICT skills that translate into revenue generation, job creation, sustainable entrepreneurship, and socio-economic growth.
Interested participants choose from the following 4 tracks based on their interest:
- Web Development
- Data Analytics
- Digital Marketing
- Cybersecurity
Applications will be reviewed based on chosen track, preferred location, and availability.
Successful candidates undergo intensive training to gain required skills and become key players in the digital economy as entrepreneurs or professionals.
They also receive exposure to soft skills such as leadership & communication, entrepreneurship, conflict management, and career skills.
